Shake machine allegedly defective at 8pm. I think it was clean and didn't want to be used anymore. In return, the chicken burger was very fresh.
It's December 29th, 2020 and I was at the Burger King branch at 9:30 p.m. And that was definitely the last time. I just want to share my experience with you. I drove into the drive in street and stopped on the intercom to order "! There is a note stuck with the inscription: No cash payment possible due to the given situation (memory protocol). Now I was greeted warmly with the standard text from Burger King. I then asked whether cash payment is really not possible "" my interlocutor replies with an annoyed NO and he mentioned that his branch manager does not want that. I noticed that I'm not right here because it doesn't seem important to be customer-friendly with your customers. Unfriendly staff. No information about payment options on the Internet.

Unfortunately I have to give a star to rate. I think it's cheeky that you don't have the option to pay in cash. Sorry never again because the staff was very snippy and unfriendly.
Dirty club .... you can't force anyone to pay with a card if you want to eat something .... you shoot yourself more than just an own goal
Younger male service staff has zero competence and is rude beyond compare. And this repeated times. Because of this person, BK Busdorf is no longer approached. I prefer to continue to Rendsburg
Cash payment is not possible at the moment. Apparently this way forever !? EC DEVICE is given to every driver. I did not see hygiene / disinfection. The order was quickly placed at the drive in.
Eat really dry 'in addition, all sauces were missing, I ordered 3 times sweet and sour sauce, 5 times ketchup and majo but didn't notice anything ... Really a shame, in addition there was hardly any sauce on the burgers, they were accordingly very dry, in the end I can only say that we will not go there again, it just didn't taste good and then so much was missing, the 30 € was that definitely not worth eating
The food (burger and fries / vegetarian) was delicious, but the sanitary facilities were extremely dirty. There was urine on the floor as well as user's toilet paper. The sink was also very dirty.
Hardcore mangy toilets! Then some things were sold out. Next there is only card payment. But the order takes a long time and it doesn't even taste that good. People. I'm serious. Only go there if you have been without food and water for days!
There are only seats for 2 households, you can only order at the terminal with a card. It takes forever to order ... The burger display is full to the brim, so the burgers sit for a long time. Our burgers were either dry or completely covered with condensation. Very disappointing!
Catastrophe! The word fast food restaurant takes on a completely new dimension here. The order terminals were off and only one employee was assigned to take orders. Only shakes, coffee and water were available for drinks. Napkins were only available on request. I recommend a detour here!
You drive almost 10km to get food, order it and then be sent home, because they only accept card payments. Corona all well and good, but this is the first time that I was not able to pay cash (card payment was preferred)
First of all, I would like to praise the new Burger King fries and the order terminals. After years of customer service, finally a step in the right direction, the terminals would only work. I can only recommend this Burger King with a heavy heart. After long waiting times you get a lukewarm meal. Strangely, as on the previous visits, some burgers were sold out. This time it was all of the “long” class burgers. The Rebel Whopper also brings you close to spitting. Men's toilet completely closed, women's toilet slippery and the hygiene standards are not adhered to.
We were at your drive in on August 29th, 2020 and ordered 2 Big King XXL, the burger patties were burnt black and 5 sheets of iceberg lettuce on each burger, simply inedible, so money for the garbage can. Added to this is this nonsense of contactless payment under Corona conditions, as this does not work for you because I still have to enter the PIN on the keyboard. For us it is the worst Burger King branch in the entire Federal Republic of Germany!
Unfortunately, not even three orders were able to deliver the sauce. After the request to forward this please came: "... we have to see if we can still put you in between today ..." Cheek !!!
Small burgers were okay but not so visually appealing. The shop was totally overwhelmed with the rush. It could not be eaten on site.
Terrible place. Seems the staff were completely oblivious to the fact that customers pay their wages. When there were nothing to do, they just stood and looked, but trust me, the floor could use some cleaning.
Super unfriendly staff (not even a hello), the food was cold and if the food came after a long time, the staff only gave an unfriendly, ready! "And if you want to sit outside there is a place DIRECTLY at a garbage can. BEST zero stars !!
I am absolutely not a fan of these two well-known fast food chains, but have now been persuaded to stop by (after many, many years). Unfortunately it took 10 minutes for us to get any attention and finally order. There was not much going on, except for two outside tables and two people waiting for their food inside the checkout area. There was a lot of activity behind the cash register, but the employees were more concerned with the delivery service than taking orders from us two waiting customers. When the 3 burgers, 1 french fries and 2 drinks were ready after 10 minutes, the food was not even hot and I couldn't understand what was still going on in the 10 minutes. Food & service was sometimes unsatisfactory, but what was much worse was the lack of hygiene. We ate on site and didn't even get a tablet, neither did other guests. There was no disinfectant available, nor did we have to leave our contact details. The tables were extremely dirty and were not cleaned between the guests. There was wet toilet paper on the floor of the toilet. Absolutely not at all, especially in Corona times! Have not felt comfortable and will not come back.

3 Euros for a glas, not a bottle, a glas of water. It is robbery. I did not notice how the burger tasted because of the water-price. Shame on BurgerKing!
One of the better Burger Kings I've been to. No que, friendly staff, free and clean toilets, play area for the kids, and outdoor tables to eat in the sunshine. :-)

Average rest area Burger King. The staff was friendly and fast, the shop and toilets clean. Unfortunately, the chicken nuggets were sold out. In addition, there are hardly any indoor options to sit with more than 4 people at the table. He is also slightly hidden next to the highway. Burgers and fries had a good temperature.
Unorganized work combined with sloppy work and disappointing food makes up a dissatisfying experience.

Ask for a burger .whit out salad. Get a burger where half off the salad where removed!!! What a miserabel service!! And not a apoligese..it was like. What a you compleinge About!!
